What's Inside?

After the success of our primary Well-being Journal version, launched at the beginning of the Covid outbreak when schools were locked down and many children were at home, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Well-being Journal edition for teenagers.

Parents and teachers found our first wellbeing journals such a support for their children who’s anxiety at times was at an alarming high. We had such amazing feedback from teachers and parents from around the UK and abroad who said the Journals were empowering, inspiring, supportive, educational and encouraging for children’s creative expression and resilience.

Since then, we have had many requests for Journals for older children.

So, you asked, and we listened.

Now we are thrilled to release the next teen edition Journal.

This journal is still an interactive journey that encourages personal exploration of anxiety triggers, coping skills and much needed support, with powerfully gripping illustrations and vivid colour throughout. But this new, full colour, A4 Journal will also focus on some of the main themes that affect this older age group such as Body image and identity, Managing anger, Social media addictions, Cyber bullying and trolling, Difference and diversity and great advice and guidance around Calming techniques, Support networks, Powerful visualisations and tools for reframing Negative thought processes.

Written by Therapeutic Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Mental health professional and author, Rachel Streeter.

Rachel has had over 20 years of supportive experience working with children, young people, and families in the UK, through various methods of creative, educational, and talking therapies, and she is so excited to bring this next edition to young people far and wide.

Illustrated by Kylla Francis who always dreamed of being an artist from a very young age, then went on to achieve a BA honours degree in Illustration in her early 20’s. Kylla is not only extremely talented at art and digital illustrations, but she is a huge advocate for supporting the mental health of children and young people, having suffered with social anxiety herself from a young age. Kylla has been able to relate to her young audience and the challenges they face through the power of art and creative expression.
