Shipping Policy

Postage and packaging of your Journal:

Here are our postage and packaging charges for the UK:

Journal x 1 £3.50 (Royal Mail First Class)

Journal x 2 £4.99 (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

Europe, USA, Canada and the rest of the world:
(Please email us first and we will invoice you for payment including oversea postage)

We will ship to most regions of the world as long as you are happy to pay for the relevant shipping costs and any customs charges which may be incurred.

Message to us (Since Brexit we now have to check online at the post office before sending any Journal in case it is prohibited or restricted as well as completing a customs declaration form)

On purchase:

Your Wellbeing Journal/s will be sent to you by post and we will email you to tell you when we have despatched your order.

Shipping times:

Shipping times can vary greatly, and some delays should be expected occasionally due to Covid restrictions.

UK: 3 - 5 working days

Europe: Around 14 working days

USA and Canada: Around 14 working days

Rest of World: Up to 30 working days

Return & Exchange Policy

We will accept your returned journal within two weeks as long as it is in a perfect, sellable condition.

You will need to pay for return postage and a cardboard sleave to place it in to avoid bending or creasing, similar to the one used to send you your Journal.

We strongly suggest you use a signed for option as we can't issue a refund until we receive the goods and have checked that they are in good condition.

Please note that you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address which is on our website.

We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost deliveries if the address provided is incorrect. If you are using PayPal, or other payment platform, please ensure that the shipping address on your account is up-to-date and correct prior to placing your order.

If your journal is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or you were unable to collect your item from the local post office or courier depot, we will only refund you the cost of the goods and not the shipping.
